It is exactly what you need for an Arcade1Up mod. This version is for monitors with a 1280 x 960 resolution. That is used on things like TMNT and later. This is not the correct version for use in SF2 era machines. That version has a monitor with 1280 x 1024 resolution. People often get this wrong and wonder why they have display issues. Using the 1024 version on a 960 display will result in a slightly offset image with a small amount cut off the bottom.
