Love that there is a seperate container to put the ice block so it wont accidentally contaminate the food. Does not claim to be spill proof but so far no problems putting in food with sauces in the bottom container. Makes food cold for about 4-5 hours. Includes cutlery but were desiged for kids i think as they were a bit small.
