Unbeknownst to me, my total lack of power to prevent my own death was an invisible hand that guided my every action. Now, I feel much better, because I know the truth, and pulldowns have become a pleasure.I'm not kidding either.Narrow neutral grip pulldowns and pullups are the only kind I can do. Anything else brings shoulder pain within weeks, to the point where I have to stop. This handle is so sturdy and strong that I think it will be here on Earth when the sun swells and swallows it all. The knurling is just right, the width of the handles is just right. Overall I just love it.Before I bought this handle I did wider grip pullups, and I was experiencing lots of shoulder pain. Everybody said it was benching. Everybody was wrong. But I didn't know. I thought everybody was right. So I was forced to confront the decay and ruin of my own body, made worse by my own efforts to become strong. You see what's happening here with the fear of death thing? That's what happens to you when something that is supposed to keep you young and strong instead makes you feel old and decrepit.But with some experimentation I learned a narrow grip eliminated the shoulder pain (also, stretching). It wasn't benching. Poof, all of the problems gone. Then came that insight, during a meditation session, that the drive to "push through the pain" was nothing less than a rebellious tirade against the Great Equalizer. Now that I can do pain free pulldowns, I think of the Last Angel as a friend. Well here it goes...I have been using this for awhile now and it has held up awesome. I use this at my home gym as I have a pulldown machine I bought off amazon as well as I take this with me to the gym because my gym only has 1 and always seems to be in use.The grip is good and doesn't hurt my hands any. I prefer the rubber grips but as you know those wear off inadvertently turn into this very product. This is high quality at a budget price.
