Kinda clunky
Loved the Ballsy Boys and had high hopes for this spin-off, but just felt like this one never really gelled. Nothing glaringly wrong with the story, but I didnโt feel a connection with either of the MCs really, and the whole thing was kind of episodic and shallow. Little depth to any of the secondary characters (including the new Kinky Boys), and very little kink for a series presumably intended to center around it. Where were the kink scenes introducing the new studio? Where were the teasers for future book pairings? Where was the fun from the Ballsy Boys series? Disappointing.

A Different Kind of Gay-For-You Story
Joey may be โjustโ a cameraman for a porn studio, but heโs very good at it and his skills have propelled Ballsy Boys productions to the top spot. Perhaps itโs because as a straight man he doesnโt get distracted and can focus on capturing the scene at its best. Unfortunately, he needs to leave the studio so he can take care of his parents in Las Vegas. Luckily for him, a friend of the studio owner is opening up a new production company in Vegas, and could use a good cameraman. Hunter is looking to make a fresh start in Las Vegas, far from the memories that haunt him from his life in New York.Thereโs a lot more to this book than just a โgay-for-youโ story that the blurb may suggest. Joeyโs self-realization is handled with a great deal of sympathy, and deftly worked into the story so it feels natural and very realistic. Joey is an extremely believable character, as is his journey, even though he doesnโt fit in with the โconventionalโ ideas of sexuality. The scenes between Hunter and Joey are rather tame, as you might expect given Joeyโs inexperience. Hunter is endearingly careful not to push his new boy too far, too fast. Perhaps too much so. The story doesnโt telegraph much about where the relations is going. Itโs never very clear how far theyโll actually go together, until they get there.Hunterโs past provides the main external drama to the story. The book would probably hold up well enough without it, but it does help balance out the plot and move things along with the relationship.

A New Start!
This romantic tale is about building: building a new business, building a new relationship, and building a new life for both Studio Owner Hunter โDaddyโ and Head Cameraman Joey โSweet Boyโ. I enjoyed the storytelling, the intricate premise, and the cast of characters. I also thought the MCs were well-defined with dynamic and intriguing backstories. Overall, a good read.

This book was amazing. This is an excellent way to write a book in the demisexual perspective. This book really made me feel heard as a person and I bet others would feel the same when they give this book a chance. Just wow. I love it.

Well written story and well developed characters! These books are best if read after The Ballsy Boys series! That said, I really enjoyed this book and all the problems that the guys have to learn about and solve!

Sweet book set in porn environment.
This is a spin off from a series I've never read, and I didn't feel that I couldn't follow the story. Joey is a straight man who shoots porn. He moves to Vegas and meets Hunter, aka Daddy. All of a sudden he's not so sure of his parameters any more. I actually really enjoyed the first third, as both men felt unsure of the dynamic and how to progress it. And I really liked the notion that you could be surrounded by sex and still not know what turns you on. But it lacked drama after a while and felt a bit bogged down for me. I don't need artificial external drama, in fact I hate it when that happens, but everything just became too sweet and samey for me. I would still look for more by this author, but wouldn't rave about this one.

demi rep!!!
I love this story. I often come back to it, more than the OG series truth be told. Joey's adventure in discovering his sexuality is amazing, the demi rep is wonderful AND so is the kink. Joey is just such a relatable and loveable character. And Hunter is such a sweet cinnamon roll. 10/10 always recommend

Wow!!!
Omfg Daddy had me on tenterhooks. I loved Joey discovering himself and I love how Daddy/Hunter didnโt push him too hard but looked after him just like a Daddy should look after his boy.The introduction to the Kinky Boys was fantastic...so many new faces that I canโt wait to have their HEAs. All the men are so different (as well as being Doms and subs) that I canโt wait to see how everything looks moving forward. Both KM Neulhold and Nora Phoenixโs writing is fantastic but combining them together to first the Ballsy Boys and now the Kinky Boys is something just extra special and magical. I had actual butterflies for Joey and what/how he learned about himself. Daddy is just the Daddy he needed, and their story gave me all the warm sweet fuzzies. If youโve read the Ballsy Boys, youโll need to read Daddy. If you havenโt read the Ballsy Boys...where have you been and go rectify that now! then move straight onto Daddy!!!

Daddy is my darlin my darlin my darlin.........
ร am not into this lifestyle myself, but I so enjoyed this lovely well thought out story.Nora phoenix can really bring a story to life and BDSM becomes more clear and allows the reader to get involved with the story.

Ok
Hard to review. I loved the Ballsy boy series, but couldn't connect with these characters, something was missing and can't put my finger on it.One thing that shocked me was the volume of typos (BSDM!?!?! really? more than once).Ok book but not expected way more...
