    Works well to get you up and running again

This sensor got my Traeger up and running again at a much better price than an authentic Traeger part. However, it does not work as well as the original sensor. This sensor is 3" long and the original is 7" long. It doesn't seem that this sensor due to the shorter length (I think) is as responsive sot the grill does not hold the desired temperature as accurately as it did with original. Otherwise it does work, the installation instructions were clear and it appears to made from quality materials.

This was nowhere near OEM quality. After installing the product it wouldn’t keep my Traeger anywhere near set temperature. Took it off after my first cook and ordered Traeger replacement part.

Grill said error, thispiece was rellaced and not it works. Cant tell ya how long its going to last but............ Connecting cord has what appears to be plastic insulation on the outside of it. Hasn't melted yet though.
