I was quite skeptical about whether this would work or not. My girlfriend is a light sleeper and my snoring was causing problems. I had tried cheaper ones and they hadn't worked so I thought I would try one more and the reviews were generally positive. I'm pleased to say that this one seems to have done the trick! The important thing is the adjustable part as I had to change that for it to be effective. My girlfriend certainly appreciates it!

    Don't waste your money

Followed directions exactly. First molding did not place jaw in correct position. Second time I molded it it got very soft and stuck together. Unable to pull apart and remold. Total waste of money. Product is not remoldable.
