I tried the sephora liner specifically made for waterline and the butter London is better. **Q: Is the Early Gray super frosty, or just a subtle pearl?** A: Super frosty. **Q: is this ok for the waterline?** A: I use it to line my water line all the time. I've never had any issues. I love this liner!
