I didn't open again for several months, and finally pitched it after spotting faint mold discolorations yesterday (in the final days of May). That's an incredible opened-pkg "shelf life" compared to homemade cold porcelain. My only "complaint" is that detailing and edges produced (from the individual molds) are the tiniest bit softer than homemade or commercial air-dry clays. And that attribute just lent a gentle "weathered" quality to my molded elements, which were simply perfect on the finished product. Had I not seen the same embellishments made from other air-dry clays, I wouldn't likely have even noticed this subtle difference. And speaking of differences: The final finished clay work is like tough, rubberized foam. Sealing the piece provided additional reinforcement. While it's nothing you'll be cutting diamonds with, the foam clay was a great option to embellish a hand-made, customized gift. I didn't have that issue with this stuff at all. It stuck well where I put it, but it didn't become a problem on my hands.
