They turn out beautifully. Easy to remove from pan, the bottoms stick to the crusts if you allow the cheesecakes to cool in the fridge overnight and are kind of a pain. It is easy to clean. I wish the discs for the bottom were a little bigger. I have some other mini cheesecake pans that have larger discs and they fot great into these which makes removal of the bottoms from the crusts much easier. Plus I had some issues with pressing the crust mix because the discs that came with this are small they slide around a bit and can be difficult to get a good press on the crust. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ CAUTION!
