Tray Trolley - 6 GN slots - 60 kg Thanks to the sturdy stainless-steel construction, the catering tray trolley has a load capacity of 60 kg. Each of the 6 slots can be loaded with 10 kg. The size of the slots is dimensioned for GN 1/1 containers, with the distance between the slots measuring 8 cm in height. If you need to use GN 1/1 containers taller than 8 cm, then there will be room for fewer than 6 GN 1/1 containers on the tray cart. Because of the tray rack's lengthwise insertion design, you can also use GN containers in standard sizes 1/2, 1/3, 2/3 and 2/8. The racking trolley is equipped with 4 rubberised wheels for transportation. The wheels swivel 360° for optimum mobility, allowing you to manoeuvre the tray trolley even in narrow spaces. Two brackets prevent the containers from sliding out during transport. There are two parking brakes to ensure stability during loading and unloading. The sheet pan rack is made of stainless steel, which has a smooth and resilient surface which is extremely easy to clean. The open design also makes it easy to access all parts of the pan trolley, further facilitating cleaning. The trolley comes with all the elements needed for assembly, as well as an easy-to-follow instruction manual.
