Review: Great keto option - I’ve ordered the box of 4 packs twice now and keep them in the freezer. Never had a problem with delivery. The plain bagels are pretty dull in flavor, but it’s acceptable for me, as I’d rather tasteless bread than all those carbs. I use the bagels for anything I would normally use bread for, burgers, chicken sandwich, etc, including as actual bagels. I love these and so glad my friend told me about them. I do recommend toasting them before any use.
Review: The plain is horrible - The flavorless taste was bearable. But the way it was chewing in my mouth was disgusting. It's like chewing on a ton of crumbs that are really chewy. I tried it both untoasted and toasted. The two things I liked were how easy it was to cut compared to the current keto bagels I get called Carbonaut. Carbonaut has a strong flavor that I don't necessarily care for and kind of falls apart when you cut it but tastes more similar to a bagel. I also liked how these are zero net carbs compared to Carbonaut that has 2 grams of net carbs per bagel and they are smaller than these bagels. I wish these would have tasted better or I would have switched to these for these reasons alone. I bought Great Low Carb Bread Co to try next, otherwise, I will stick to Carbonaut. I just don't get how companies can make keto bread and hamburger buns a lot more similar to regular bread compared to how not similar keto bagels are to regular bagels.

**Q: How do they taste?**
A: I've been buying these for just under 2 years now as part of my keto diet. My favorite ThinSlimFoods item is the pizza dough..for flavor, texture, etc. But the bagels... eh. Everything is the best of, but the 'everything' part... just bits mixed in the dough. I use bagel seasoning on top of the cream cheese. I toast these... and if you refrigerate after opening, just cover one in foil, bake at ..400 for 5 minutes to steam it back to 'fresh.' It's not a bagel... doesn't taste like a bagel. It's 'like a bagel.' It's not cardboard, either. For my purposes, it's pretty good. But I prefer their honey wheat bread, pizza dough, and Linda's Delights pancakes over the bagels. So far, I haven't found a better tasting keto bagel. No carbs...no side-effects from the fiber... so it's a vehicle for cream cheese.

**Q: why do you put zero net carbs on your package when this has carbs and it definitely raises your blood glucose??**
A: It is zero carb in a diabetic its has 14 carbs but 14 fiber subract the fiber from the carba what do you get 0

**Q: Does it contain pysllium?**
A: I just read contents on the cinnamon bagels. didn't see physllium listed. I don't have the plain bagel bag with contents.so I cannot say for sure.

The taste is ok, not exactly wonderful. The price though is bit too much for me to want to make a frequent purchase. Good low carb option though, and there just aren't many options out there for Keto/low carb buyers.
