I understand. I did not buy the rails at the same time I purchased my Bristol Munire Crib and the company went out of business. I was happy to find them on amazon and was willing to take a risk that they were going to fit my model. From the research that I have done, it does look like most lines are interchangeable. I ordered and they were shipped quickly without any issue. It did take awhile for us to tackle the issue of rearranging and assembling the bed. This is where the frustration sets in. We have another Munire Bed/ Crib that has the rails and the ones we purchased from Amazon are not the same. The other ones are solid wood stained completely. The ones from Amazon are cheap veneer that already show wear. When trying to assemble the bed, one of the brackets was bent so badly that it could not be screwed together correctly. We had to stop and bend it back before we could continue. The slats provided are not enough to support a mattress, let alone trust my child on. Again, we had to stop and run to the hardware store to buy wood to cut down and make additional slats. We did eventually get the bed together and it is usable.Normally we would not accept this, especially knowing Amazon's wonderful customer service, but we are stuck, what other options do we have? I paid a lot of money for the crib thinking it would grow with my daughter.
