I don’t really have room in my living room for the playpen that has a changing area on it. I also didn’t want to have to go to bedroom everytime. So I got this and put it on a large island off of my kitchen. It’s wonderful. Thick enough for when he kicks his feet and wiggles around he doesn’t get hurt. Also the the Velcro band is soft and really keeps him safe and in place. He is now 6 months and gator rolls. The Velcro is loud and does startle him sometimes but probably my only complaint. It would be great if it came with another waterproof cover to go over this as a extra layer of protection. This is one of my top used baby products that I have purchased.
