The quality isn’t the best. On the letter G, there’s a very clear gap of where it was two black pieces stuck together to form one. On one letter R, there was a dent or nick on the top red part leaving it white. See photos. The sticky stuff on the back is black and on a few of the letters, it was protruding higher than the letters themselves. I had to push the black sticky part down so that it wouldn’t be visible. In addition to that, the black sticky stuff wasn’t flat on the back. Every letter had bubbles on the back. For the price paid, this was pretty poor quality. The packaging was also terrible. Most of the letters were already falling off the white backing when it arrived. They use a single large sheet of white backing for all the letters. They should separate each letter individually with its own backing.Overall would not purchase again. If you stood far away, you wouldn’t see the defects, but up close, they’re very noticeable. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Easy and quick install *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 4, 2020* First off you will probably never please everyone with a product like this, but it came close for me.The packaging was very good and unharmed. Installation was very simple. The letters looked very nice sitting in the packaging and looked decent on the truck after install. All the letters seemed to be the same color and looked fairly good with the overall design.My biggest gripes: 1. The actual thickness of the letters. It didn't seem like much when I saw the measurements online but after installing they were pretty apparent. My hope is that they will not get ripped off somehow either by force or through a car wash. 2. The gaps left in the truck's indented lettering vs these "fill in" letters. Gaps are very apparent. 3. The instructions. Athough install was very easy, the actual instructions seemed like they were added to the package to try and throw you off somehow. Someone should have seriously proof read this document before printing it for customers. I've attached for your reading pleasure...but as you can see, there are several questionable words of choice on here. The final line had me wondering whether or not I could take it through the car wash, but I'm assuming I can since it states it is safe for car washes on the main page. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful but poor adhesive *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2022* FYI, I LOVE the look of the red border and grey letters and got lots of compliments! BUT, the 3m tape seems to be old stock! I initially wiped down the letter indented areas with alcohol as recommended and applied the letters warm and then warmed the sheet metal with a dryer prior to installation. Needless to say, 2 letters came off within2 months, the "N" and 2nd "R" came off in my garage! I live in central California and it rarely gets below 40'! Needless to say I was lucky that they came off in my garage and not in a car wash, which I never use.I retapped both letters with new double sided tape and will do the rest VERY soon!I'll hope for the best!
