It seems to be a great board for him. When we first opened it the calibration part was tricky. The item arrived but didn't work, due to either damage in the shipping process, or some other unfortunate event. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and kindly, giving detailed trouble-shooting instructions with an attachment and a link to a video. After trying the recommended tips, it still wasn't working. The seller responded immediately, sent a shipping label and agreed to a refund without further question. I am so impressed with their high standards of customer service and their kindness throughout the entire process. They made a rather disappointing situation so much better by being so nice, understanding, and so accommodating. I will be ordering from them again as I know the defective item was not their fault.
