Paired with a 1000w SCR or PID with 40A SSR Review: Quality looks and feel very good, however when I was assembling I noticed - Quality looks and feel very good, however when I was assembling I noticed the Gland to hold the cable had no rubber seal / washer. This item is needed to keep it as water proof as possible. I had to buy a new glad to get the washer needed. My only knock on this item. That said this is a safety issue. I highly recommend obtaining this seal some how. I bought one with a relief spring for extra security and piece of mind. The picture shows the supplied gland on the left and my purchased gland on the right with the seal for water proofing.
