Works as advertised ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong clamps at a good price *by O***O on February 18, 2026* I used to use the copper PEX rings, the kind you squeeze onto the pipe, and those work great -- but they are hard to get into tight areas (at least with the affordable hand-tools I've got). I needed to add a filter water circuit to an existing copper pipe install, and really the only option was PEX due to the location. It's an "exposed" location, not behind any walls, but very tight space and these stainless-steel clamps looked to be the best option for the job. Once you figure out the (simple) installation method, these things go on really easy and clamp extremely tight. I had to cut off a few when I made some mods to the circuit, and you it's a lot easier to remove these clamps versus the copper compression kind. But they hold very tight, the compress the PEX so much that you can't remove the PEX after cutting the clamp, unless you heat the PEX with a heat gun enough so it expands and you can pull it off the brass fittings. I ended up with over thirty connections (because I had to put a bunch of shut-off valves to isolate and direct various paths in the filtering system) and not one of them leaked even a drop when I turned the water back on. I've had the filter system going for about a week now and still not even a drop of leakage.
