Gentle and effective on skin
The bristles are so soft yet more exfoliating than any rubber-based face scrubber. I use it every night and it leaves my face feeling much more clean than if using my hands or a rubber scrubber. Very gentle on skin, feels like velvet! Make sure to clean the brush at least 1-2 times per week (I disinfect mine using rubbing alcohol) to minimize bacteria

A handy face cleaner .Portable. This is my 3rd one. They last a long time. Gentle on face. Others were not as good.

Replaced and resolved :)
Previous Review: Looks like it was never put together properly... I took it out of the nicely packaged box and the brush immediately fell out. The brush bristles are clearly not glued properly since they're falling out. I've requested a return and replacement so I hope to update this review with better feedback soon. Updated Review: It's reassuring to know my complaint was heard and resolved quickly. I have already received my replacement brush (before I had returned the defective one) and in better condition. (Side note: The packaging was different so maybe I received an older make?) Regardless, thank you for the replacement brush. Knowing the product is in fact the quality I remember, I ordered a second one. :)
