I recently purchased the Samsung 215 L, 5 Star, Digital Inverter, Side By Side refrigerator from Amazon.in, and I am beyond impressed with both the product and the service. The refrigerator itself is an absolute marvel. Its spacious design, efficient frost-free technology, and versatile convertible feature have made it an indispensable addition to our kitchen. The digital inverter technology ensures energy efficiency and quiet operation, making it perfect for our household needs. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exemplary customer service. The fridge was delivered with a slight dent on the door, which was understandably disappointing. But to my surprise, the service technician from Samsung, Farman, noticed the damage during installation and proactively escalated the issue to customer service. Within three days, without any need for follow-up from our end, we had a brand new door replacement. This swift and efficient resolution has reinforced our faith in online purchases, especially for large appliances. While damages in transit are sometimes inevitable, the manner in which Samsung and Amazon handled the situation was truly impressive. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Kudos to Samsung and Amazon for their outstanding product and remarkable service! It’s working fine and quality is good. Water container at the back could have made easier to remove and attach. If you are facing issues with water leaking inside the fridge, check the product’s video on YouTube, the fridge must be tilted a little towards the back.

Worth the purchase, it's been 7 days since the product is delivered and its excellent. Control panel for 5 in 1 mode is great. Also delivery agents were good enough to inform us not to turn on product immediately as there's a chance that compressor oil need to be stable so that equipment won't get damaged. I did trust them and waited for 3 hrs before starting fridge and testing it. Amazing Thank u

Less price compare to market

First honest review from my end after 6 days use. 1) delivery boy is asking extra money to deliver it till door step 2) they gave us defective refrigerator, in winter mode frizer is full with ice in 1 day working so we switched it into summer to avoid it. 3) after defrost it ,water not collected into back side tub it's slide down to floor directly due to blockage issue may be... 4) as there is no condensers coil at back it's heated from side both side wall of fridge. 5) samsung service person come and change tray but still issue not resolved so we refunded it.

Review after 2 year.. it's totally works fine.. it's freezing soon also have power saving mode.. so easy to change modes & there is nice features outside the freze to check temparature... Genuinely lovee it.. must buy product.. Thank you Amazon for such of this product
