Is the 'Rust Activator' the same as the green (copper) and blue (bronze) activators?

No. One is for Rust and the other is for green or blue, depending on which paint you use as a base coat. There are three base paints and two activators.

Will this work on my powder coated galvanized mail box?

Use a self etching primer first. Then it will bond the the powder coating.

This wont work on new metal roofing thats not painte would it ?

I believe it well work. Purchase a smaller quantity and test it first. I use it to get a rust effect on modern masters metal effects paint that has actual ground metal in it.

Can I use this on corrugated metal panels from Home Depot to get a rusty look?

As long as you use the iron paint first, you can virtually rust any material. I’ve used it on wood, glass, ceramics and metal.
