This one does come with a handle. **Q: Absolutely unscented? The ones in the store have a scent!** A: These are NOT UNSCENTED! Even though I ordered the UNSCENTED variety, I received the STINKY SCENTED ones! **Q: Can you reuse them?** A: You can use them multiple times but I would not reuse them on any electronic surface like a television more than one time. If heavy dust I would not reuse them.
