After reading about inversion table, I decided to purchase this table over the Teeter options. The instruction which come with this is crap but you can figure it out. I was a few nuts short in the assembly but was able to use another nuts that came with the table to complete the assembling of this table. This is a sturdy table even with the nut snafu. As a scientist in drug discovery, I am very familiar with the PLACEBO effect, however using this table does provide significant relief albeit for a few hours.
