Noord Hollander, 4-Year Double Aged Gouda Wheel PER POUND

The cheese is excellent! Shipped with ice packs to Florida in April. I don't think I'd order it during the summer months... much too hot here. It is expensive but for a special treat it's worth it.

I don’t know a lot about cheese, but after watching a food show, I had to try this Gouda. It is fantastic! I love it, and I can’t wait to try some recipes with it! It has little salty kernels in it, and it’s like a great combination of texture and and flavor!!!

Gouda is one of the fine wines of the cheese world. Already a tasty cheese when fresh, this is one that ages well, and just keeps taking a more and more complex flavor as time goes on. At six months it has already begun to evolve into something special, and by 2 years it's like a completely different cheese.This 4-year old is exceptional -- rich, creamy, with a definite texture. It is almost like a savory candy, and something quite appropriate for special occasions.My first order of this was destroyed by a Fed Ex foul up which kept it in their heated office for over 9 days, despite the "Perishable" label on the package. When I contacted the seller they immediately remedied the situation, sending a replacement by a different courier, impeccably packed, which arrived in 48 hours.Great cheese; great customer service.If you've not tried an aged Gouda, treat yourself to this one, from this excellent seller.

Love the flavor, but it dried out very quickly. I also received my order in several small chunks instead of one wedge of cheese. That probably contributed to it drying out so quickly.

Really love this cheese...other than pretty expensive can find no faults

The seller is fantastic! Had an issue where FedEx didn't deliver even though product was marked as perishable. The cheese was hot and sweaty when it arrived and wasn't safe to eat. Messages seller and they sent me a replacement. Great customer service! The cheese itself is amazing and worth the money 10/10 recommend the product and buying from this seller as they are stand up folks

I’m embarrassed to admit how many times I’ve ordered this cheese. It’s the best aged Gouda I’ve ever had, far better than the most famous brand. Perfect flavor, lots of crystals! It always arrives very quickly and with plenty of cold packs and packaging; however, I live in the south and personally, I know better than to order cheese during the hottest part of the year. Haha.
