On unpacking the 4 blades were covered in machine oil which was difficult to remove. The parts themselves were very badly machined with burrs and rough edges. When I tried to use a tool. correct size, The tool did not hold the ec-lip in place and it kept falling out. I was using it on a small shaft and the tool was too thick to easily position the clip. This could be a good tool if properly finished. ie burrs and sharp edges removed, machining oil removed and magnetised plates to hold the clips in place.
