Had an infected blister (4 weeks) on foot that refused to heal despite antibiotics etc. Initially, started with Octenisan wash which the wound responded well to. Bought this Octenilin wound gel and the wound immediately stopped being painful and began to heal from day 1. Swelling and inflammation subsided and able to put on shoes!
