Decent flavor, but in my opinion could have a little bit more cheddar taste. The salt level isn't very high, probably just enough (before I lowered my salt intake I would have said these didn't have enough salt..lol). All in all, they appear to be a decent alternative to other higher priced cheese crackers. One complaint, Amazon should take better care in packaging them with other products in the order. Unfortunately, I had a few heavy items and one of them squashed the cracker box quite a bit. Luckily, there are not a lot of broken crackers.
