Luckily, Behringer makes this easy with the SD8. One ethercon cable later and another 8 inputs were added in the same afternoon. Of course new routing had to be configured in the board, but it was a breeze to connect because these units are able to daisy chain off one another. Now we have 16 stage inputs and can connect additional mics on the fly. If you’re on the fence about these, just pull the trigger. These boxes are so handy and make it simple to add inputs and outputs to your board for very little money. The design allows it to fit compactly into small stage racks, and the sound quality is indistinguishable from cables connected directly to the board.
