When I went to use it again this year, I could not get the charger to plug into the receiver. My cousin helped me reach out to the vendor and, to our surprise, they replaced the receiver even though it was past the warranty window. It turned out the little piece in the receiver had broken off and that is why the plug could not fit and stay in there. I am so grateful that they were able to replace the receiver. I set up the living room as a courtroom and these microphones worked well in a small space. We took it to our family reunion at the park last weekend, May 2023 memorial day weekend and this wireless microphone has a long transmission range. You can be 150 feet away from the receiver and have no interruptions.
