I liked the idea of roll & writes, but after trying a well known one was dissappointed in how confusing it became to tally our points at the end of the game. Deadly doodles allows for variations in play style and keeps you engaged every turn. This would not be my go to main game, butakes a great filler or a wonderful intro to the concept for younger players. As a side note, there are free downloadable maps online and it works really well as a game to play virtually with friends or family. My only qualm is that the boards that come with it are single sided. Having a double sided board would allow for more versatility in the box (though other maps ARE available to print for free). If you're looking for a roll-and-write style game with heavy mechanics, this is not your game. For what it is, Deadly Doodles is great & I'd reccomend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great flip and write! *by D***E on December 16, 2019* Nice, and quick flip and write. Dry erase markers probably won't last but that's true with most games like this . I imagine the more you play the more tactical you would get with your drawings.
