When I purchased the Olympus 103E, I tried googling this question myself and did not find the answer. I own both the 102E and 103E and note no difference. The cord on the 103E is 9 feet 9 inches. The cord on the 102E may be slightly shorter - that headset is at my office, where I haven't been since March 2020. **Q: Are the earpieces flat discs or round, like a ball?** A: The earpieces are round balls. For any further questions, feel free to contact our support team at 877-838-4307 **Q: How do I order replacement foam earpieces?** A: Olympus does not have replacement cushions for this headset. You can use the Spectra ear cushions. https://www.amazon.com/Spectra-Transcription-Headset-Cushions-Pair/dp/B0746P52B3/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=ear+cushions&m=A36FQ95X4BAVBJ&qid=1660312644&s=merchant-items&sr=1-1 **Q: Would this work for a transcriber, not computer?** A: yes, its sold for dictation/transcription so as long as the device has a 3.5MM jack port you should be fine. ## Frequently Bought Together - OM SYSTEM OLYMPUS E-103 Stereo Transcription Headset, Black - Olympus RS-27H (147036) Foot Switch for PC - USB & RS232 - ECS WordHear-O 3.5mm Transcription Headset with in-line Stereo/Mono & Volume, Under Chin, 10' Cord, Clothing Clip, 3 Extra Pair Ear sponges, Compatible with Computer & transcribers with a 3.5mm Jack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/188168353-om-system-olympus-e-103-stereo-transcription-headset-black](https://www.desertcart.in/products/188168353-om-system-olympus-e-103-stereo-transcription-headset-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
