Patterned Yoga Ball (print)

I got this yoga ball for my wife, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best investments for both her pregnancy and postpartum recovery. During pregnancy, it provided incredible relief, helping to alleviate back pain, improve posture, and reduce pressure on her hips and pelvis. Sitting on the ball instead of a regular chair made a noticeable difference, especially in the third trimester. Gentle bouncing and circular hip movements also helped prepare her body for labor by increasing flexibility and encouraging the baby into the right position. After giving birth, the yoga ball became an essential part of her recovery. It helped her regain core strength and stability while providing a gentle, effective way to strengthen her pelvic floor and abdominal muscles without putting too much strain on her body. The ball blew up easy and quick following instructions and it still up after a month.

Really thick, sturdy and great product. Use it nightly at the moment in my third trimester and it really does help with back pain and discomfort as well as moving baby down. Went for a scan before and they were transverse and been using for 2 weeks went for a growth scan and they are head down now at 32 weeks already quite low!

Didn’t use it that much for pregnancy but easy to inflate, easy to use and a comfy one to sit on, preferred it being a little smaller than some other exercise/pregnancy balls because I’m shorter, could have been a little cheaper but the quality is there for the money

Bought this to use during pregnancy and it was worth it. Very easy to inflate and keeps full. I am using it now for exercising and still works very well
