Some guineas will stop drinking the water with this in it. **Q: Does it work on mites** A: No absolutely not there is no poison in this= only vitamins. What you need to do is take your guinea pig in to a vet that sees small animals and tell him to give the g.p. Ivermectin .Preferably topical Ivermectin. Not oral. Some vets will want to give the piggy a shot of ivermectin.It may need 2 treatments.Baths do not work and no flea collars which will kill a guinea pig. **Q: I ordered two bottles both were broken. is this common?** A: Ours did not arrive broken.
