However, it does have 2 issues. First, when you put it into the machine it doesn't "snap" nicely like that original did. It fits, but it just sort of sits there and you don't feel like it is quite right. Second, you CANNOT put it in, then set the k-cup in, then close the lid and go like you did with the original. As others said, it doesn't properly make the hole required to set the kcup. Instead, I put the kcup in the holder while I'm holding it and I push down on the k-cup. THEN, I get a nice snap, and I hear the hole get made. Then, I set it in the machine.I bought this as an extra to make tea with - when I make tea with the same one used to make coffee my tea tastes like coffee. So, as a second one this is fine. But if this were our only holder I'd be annoyed because you have to take it out each time to snap the kcup in first. If you try to just put it in sure the unit shuts and starts, but no liquid comes out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this is very handy... great purchase. My husband says the coffee residue comes through into his tea - and he hates coffee. As soon as I got it I tested it in the keurig machine.1. It doesn't have the little white arrow (which is primarily a guide to show you the direction to put it into the machine), and2. it fits a tad more loosely than the original.#1 is no big deal, because there's a track along the bottom so you have an easy guide to put it in the machine.#2 proved to be awesome! It comes out MUCH more easily than the original, so you needn't fear breaking it while pulling it out to rinse or wash it regularly. In fact, we now just pop it out and do a quick rinse & pop it right back in between uses.It has saved us by extending the time between doing the thorough cleaning/maintenance of the machine - and the 'original' is now our spare!A TOTALLY WORTHY PURCHASE! :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works fine but needs extra push. That means it's not made by the Keurig but made by a factory that replicates the product. Normally generic things work fine and are very affordable. Unfortunately, this one doesn't work as it should.The first time I placed it in my Keurig coffee brewer and tried to use it I noticed my coffee was "tinted water", more like tea-looking and I did not know what had gone wrong.After playing with it for a minute I noticed that the "needle" that pokes the K-cup for the water to go through it wasn't sharp enough to poke a hole.They sent me a replacement but it seemed to be a manufacturer's mistake when trying to copy the original one.I am giving this product 3 stars because if you try hard enough you will force the needle to poke the k-cup, making it work it and fulfill its purpose.For the price you pay I wouldn't complain much about it.
