Works great with Android!
I bought this because it says It is compatible with both android and IOS. It works for both however it is very challenging get it to work with IOS. The apps aren’t available for IOS. I had to give it to my nephew that has an Android. It works perfectly well with hers. He is loving it. He makes and receive calls, texts and monitoring his sleep activities are easy on an Android. He loves it! I would have definitely kept it if it worked better with IOS.

Nothing works
Doesn't work at all. Doesn't connect to Bluetooth and there's no way to see text messages. Battery dies within a few hours and none of the functions work.

Problem hooking up totally to iPhone X
The whites description describe it is being compatible with the iPhone and it said that we would be able to access phonebook receive calls make calls text messaging photos cameras and salon the only thing I can get my watch to do is answer phone calls make phone calls and also Music could you help me with this situation

Cheap band
For the price this is a very good smart watch. The touchscreen works well and is clear. My only complaint is about the band, it's cheaply made and doesn't stay on.

Good for children
Definitely worth the money for what you get. Especially if you use the phone capability. It seems to be loud enough. Battery last all day with sparing use.

Helpful customer service
Although i had issues with the watch not lasting very long on a single charge and forcing me to create new accounts to use it and not pushing my notifications from my phone to the watch, the customer support staff has been very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to see that my needs are met in regards to this smart watch situation. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 3 only to reflect the quality of the customer service not the device itself.

Money down the drain...
Don't buy this watch! I got it a few hours ago and now, other than getting it to turn on and off...it won't do anything at all. It made some beeping noises that wouldn't stop until I turned it off...and now it won't do anything. Money down the drain.

Works great
I really like this watch it is very useful for the many functions it has. It connects without problems to my android phone. I am not using it with the chip function but it is good to know that I have that option. The battery has really good duration.
