This product is not recommended for use on floor. We're also wondering if you're dealing with hydrostatic pressure in your basement. If that's the case, we don't recommend this product even on the walls. We do have a Basement & Masonry Waterproofer that would work well on your walls but it also cannot be used on a floor. KILZ Odorless can definitely be used on concrete walls but you should use a waterproofer if water is present. If left unshaken/unstirred, the thick white paste at the bottom is an incredible tool for coverage of just about any surface!!!. The hand/stick approach will fail you. **Q: Does this product cover nicotine stain?** A: Yes, it does. I got it for a Sunroom that was smoked in for years.
