Was worried about there size. But I'm doing a tomahawk steak (with the bone) right now. That's why I'm reviewing right now. I did a full Boston butt bone in last week and it fit fine. 165F 24hrs btw. Always double seal the ends of your bags! Haven't used the rack but looking at it, it'd be good for multiple steaks. Or big batches. Little water loss. When you lift the lid to look, the condensation drops right into the bin. No mess.

I got this for a gift for my husband after he heard it makes the best steaks. It absolutely makes the best steaks I have ever had at home. They are so juicy! It is easy to use and clean. The temperature is very accurate on it too! For the price it is a great kitchen gadget to add to your kitchen! We use it all the time!

Works with Inkbird as well, no mods needed as it is same size as Anova. The neoprene smells awful and had to leave it outside to offgas at first. Otherwise no complaints, lid fids snug with no leaks while operating and very little evaporation loss. I usually make a batch of chicken thighs and pack 3 in a bag and can fit 3 bags in no problem using the rack. If you have a larger family maybe opt for larger size.

So glad I purchased this. It makes the process even easier. Everything fits in perfectly. The rack is great for holding the meat in place.

I got lazy and bought this rather than convert a used cooler. The neoprene is a must otherwise what's the purpose? Holds heat just fine.
