It caused me to redo the process few times before it could be corrected by eyeing it myself. Also after re-correcting the issue, it allow for small dust particle to get on my phone and cause air bubbles which it can't be fixed due to the dust. The last problem with this screen protector is it doesn't allow for the screen to read my finger. I thought that maybe redoing the biometrics for the finger would help due to the trapped air bubble but it didn't read my finger at all thru the screen protector and the scan came up as zero every time. Don't was your money and time on it. Upon arrival, the box was sleek and classy looking, great presentation.I love that this kit included a screen assist piece, for lining up your protector if you have a case on your phone. I often get mine too close to the side and have to peel off and redo the screen piece.The glass felt thick and durable, unlike another one I ordered.You can still operate your screen great and your phone will still have a light touch, even though the protector is thick.I would definitely order another one, the price point was awesome for the quality and amount of product that you get. ### ⭐ Worse screen protectors I've ever had and the same for their customer service! *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2020* We purchased these screen protectors for my wifes new Samsung A51 phone and were excited to get them. Our excitment was quickly defeated upon opening the packaging. One of the screens already was cracked and broken in the corner. We were willing to just overlook it since there were 2 in the package. We cleaned the phone, made sure there were no bits of dust just like we've done so many times before, and applied the other screen protector. The bubbles on this thing were so huge, it's not even funny! No amount of trying to push them to the end and smooth them out would help. Never had this problem with any other screen protector before.We figured maybe we just got a set from a bad batch so we attempted to contact and notify customer service. We attempted more than once and we got nothing but crickets each time.... The only thing the worked properly was the little lense covers for the camera portion which we do like.
