Also the hull might make it flip over upsidedown cause it still has some air inside it. But it's no big deal to me because it infuses my tea and it gets the job done. The holes are kinda big, so SOME teas might have a few leaves slip through the holes. There was some leaves that came out, but nothing more than what my traditional tea diffuser does. The material is very flexible & bendable. This wouldn’t be a good item for individuals with fine motor or dexterity challenges, including arthritis or shaking, etc. I haven’t figured out a way to load the black bottom half without holding it in one hand and filling it with a spoon in another.
