It is a good crinoline underskirt and I didn't expect the lining so I was pleased. I can wear this with a costume or a dress up night out (costume type dress up) and not worry about seeing through it. So even though I bought it for one reason, now I feel I've got many reasons and costumes that I will wear this. The model in the picture made it look very very short but although it's a mini skirt, it's not that mini so it's even a more surprise with that also. If someone wanted it short short, you could roll down the top (like my friends and I've done many times) with other items to make it just right.
