Also if you use your free hand to channel the water away from over the ears and forehead, you minimize the front leakage. If you are shampooing a person who cannot hold up their head or sit upright this product will be difficult to use without a complete clothing change afterward. The neck strap was somewhat tight *by K***B on August 19, 2015* I purchased this to assist in washing my mother's hair as she's in a wheelchair. This product helped a lot with washing her hair at the sink. It was actually a little too short to use with the wheelchair, but worked with her walker beautifully.
