Go to youtube.com or the manufacturer and view their videos.....I use the method of putting the stocking on my arm, sliding the D&D over my arm, grabbing stocking opening and pulling it over the D&D down to my wrist. Look at the video. Then I slide it over my wife's foot and up the leg (make sure the heal it down) until the stocking is in place. Then pull the D&D down and off the leg. Look at the video. A frustrating 15 minute job came down to about 2 minutes total. Great Product. **Q: how do you store the donner?** A: The best way to store your Doff N Donner after using the device, is in a room temperature area and put the Doff N Donner back in its original package after using. Medical grade compression stockings are impossible to put on, not to mention aggregating and frustrating.Once I put a stocking on the black cone, It took a little time to figure out how to get the stocking to complete the first roll on the Rolly while keeping the stocking band smooth.
