I use the melatonin almost every night. It’s very effective. The only thing is it says 10 mg on the jar; however, it’s a 5 mg dose per gummy, so if you want 10 mg, you would have to take two. The strawberry flavor is really good. and so far there are no side effects

When I take these gummies I am able to drop off to sleep quicker and get back to sleep easier after waking middle of the night. The taste is pleasant, They aren't too sticky. Works well. I'd give them a 5 except the last 2 bottles from Amazon have not been stored right, and have arrived Melted into a huge Unusable Blob. They are very heat sensitive. I couldn't return to Amazon since they are a food type item. I wasn't even given the option to talk to them about a refund for unusable product. However, I contacted NatureMade directly and they have made it right. They agreed the product must have been stored wrong or encountered higher than normal heat during shipping.

I don't give them a chance to dissolve. I just chew them. They taste OK.

These taste really good! They don’t taste chalky or have a bad texture. The dosing is two gummies and not four or more like many other vitamins and supplements. The results are very consistent and they helped me fall asleep without feeling groggy in the morning.
