K2 is good for cardiovascular help too. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I haven’t been to my PCP nor have I had lab work done, so I don’t know if it has helped my cholesterol or triglycerides. I have noticed my skin on the bottoms of my feet is much softer and my sleep quality is better. I’m guessing this is the reason because nothing else has changed.
