Used these to make some custom jigs for ice fishing. The hook is incredibly sharp which made it easy to set in the fish. I have used a few of them several times and have not noticed any dulling or bending. Great quality and will buy again in the future.

Sharper than I expected. Great value. I also use Gamakatsu 604s and these are 1 size larger ( size 1 mustad = size 1/0 gam 604 ). I use these for steelhead jigs so I was concerned with how sharp they would be. I have made about 60 of the 100 hooks into jigs and all hooks have been extremely sharp.

I wish I had started with these hooks. I have tried many others, most of which are much more expensive, and they either bend too easily or outright break. Mustad has really improved its hooks over the years.

Just make sure you measure your mold before you buy these. They did not fit in my mold. the Adygil (2) 1/2, (2) 3/4, (1) 1oz. Very good quality of hooks wish they fit the mold.

These hooks are strong, slight larger diameter than fine wire hooks but great for small swim baits and these are not going to bend out on the hog.

I use these for balanced leech fly patterns. Economical, strong and sharp.

These are great hooks, but Amazon shouldn't be changing the prices so wildly. They are currently twice as expensive as they were when I bought a pack last year.
