Makes excellent Rainbow Cookies
I always use this brand for making rainbow cookies. Last year, I ran out & had to buy another brand. My daughter in law was helping me make the rainbow cookies & kept complaining the other brand I had purchased smelled like Play-Doh. I have been buying this almond paste for many many years & have always been happy with the results. It is soft & easy to break apart for use to add into butter, etc.

The Best!
This almond paste is the BEST! I find that it is slightly cheaper than the marzipan by the same company. To me, the one to make candies does not taste any different from this one. Yet, the candy making one is a bit more expensive so I always prefer to purchase this one for snacking. Great ingredient
I used half a tube for the 1st layer of my puff pastry Apple strudel. It was delicious! Very easy to use, super yummy.

I love to bake and I have a friend whose favorite cookie is the pignola cookie and this is a must have ingredient for those cookies this was a really good quality paste!
