This PLA filament is harder and less fragile than ordinary PLA. Features low warping. BASICFIL PLA is made from natural raw material ingredients. PLA is an easy to print material which can be used with all standard 3D printers using FDM or FFF desktop technology. BASICFIL PET is an excellent material that combines the advantages of PLA and ABS. BASICFIL PET is strong, flexible and features high clarity in is transparent colours. The PET filament is hydrophobic and therefore does not absorb water. This filament is supplied on a recycled plastic spool. PET is an easy to print material which can be used with all standard 3D printers using FDM or FFF desktop technology. Product Details: . Net weight: about 2000 grams of filament | 4 pcs of 500 grams. Gross weight (including packaging): approx. 3100 g. Colour: PLA : Black & White / PET-G : Black & White. Reel size (D x H): approx. 200 x 43 mm. Core diameter of the reel: approx. 50 mm. The recommended printing temperature for PLA is 195 to 215 ° C. As BASICFIL PLA has a low tendency to warp, PLA can be printed without a heated bed. If you have a heated bed, the recommended temperature is 35-60 ° C. It does not require a closed environment, but does requires active cooling. For more grip on the print bed, you can brush it with a Pritt or hair spray. The recommended printing temperature for PET-G is 230 to 250 ° C with a heated bed of 100 ° C (first layer 100 ° C and then 80 ° C). It does not require a closed environment, but does require active cooling. Adhesion is possible on different surfaces. For more grip on the bed, apply a 3D printing spray or use a PEI pressure plate.
