I like this coffee because it tastes really good and it has great packaging. It actually has a solid plastic seal on the front so you can seal it up air tight, keeping it fresh. It's the kind of seal that is used on high-quality freezer bags. This keeps air out and doesn't ruin your coffee over time. It also has the one-way valve on the front that lets out the CO2 that is coming out of the coffee, but it keeps the air out. Very important! Other bulk coffees come in a large bag with no plastic seal on the front. You have to cut a hole in the bag and then hope they included the big bag tie to try to seal it up.
