Because the program comes with only one set of containers, I came to Amazon to order these for my own use. So far, so good. Some of the lids are hard to pull off, but I figure with use they will soften up. I will say, this is a very smart way to measure your food. Yes, you could just use measuring cups, but I like storing and stacking my meals and not worrying about measuring my food at each sitting. In three weeks, I have shed 7 lbs. and it is because I am eating the right portions of each food group. I notice, too, that if I put my snacks in the corresponding containers, I feel as if I am getting enough. If I want tortilla chips (homemade, no oil), I stack them in the yellow container, and it is enough. Mindlessly dipping into the bag does not happen anymore. And you get almost more food than you really want at times.
