I wanted to buy an electric golf trolley so I investigated some. Even though there was a negative review here, I figured it was just an anomaly since I had seen several positive reviews somewhere else.The good news is that the unit arrived in only 2 days. That's the ONLY good news. When I opened the box there was an inner box. There was no cushioning between the 2 boxes and the inner one banged around the outer one throughout the shipping. It looked like the unit had been repackaged judging by the looks of things inside. I charged the battery and after several days of rain had the chance to bring it to the course. I never made it out of the parking lots as the unit pulled to the left. I would have had to keep adjusting the direction every 9 or 10 feet. Can you imagine doing that for an entire course? The sleeve where the front axis went through was welded on crooked (see the other review). In addition, one of the wheels has rubber missing which would indicate that it was not new.I called Amazon and they told me that since it was considered hazardous(the battery is lead acid) I couldn't return it. I said that I only wanted to replace the cart and that I would keep the battery and charger since they worked. I was told that since they only deal in whole units that wasn't possible. However the agent said that he would ship me a brand new unit and that I could just keep the old one. OK< that sounded more than fair.So 2 business days later the new cart shows up. This time it looked like it was never repackaged and the wheels looked unused.Well, this unit was worse than the first. The axle itself was bent at a large angle. Picture a front tire wobbling in and out. It was so bad that at every rotation, the tire actually rubbed against the frame. A friend of mine who has lots of tools helped me remove the axle and straighten out the front axle as close to straight as possible. Not perfect but acceptable. All fixed? Not on your life. This unit also had the sleeve welded on crooked so this unit also pulls to the left. I'm going to take this to a bike shop that does welding and have them straighten the sleeve out.So there you have it. Both of my units pull to the left with one of them having an obviously bent axle. Quality control anyone? If you put this with the one the previous reviewer had, we both had units that couldn't go straight. I think Amazon should read the riot act to Spitzer. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars The poor quality assurance of the spitzer vendor. *by V***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2013* When I received the 2nd one, after the 1st one arrived missing the parts that made it work, I found that the golf trolley would not track in a straight line. It became apparent that the front wheel assembly had been welded at a 15 degree angle from the supposed straight ahead position. Rather than go through the whole return process again, I had a welder fix it (at a cost of $40.00). I don't think I will order any more big ticket items from Amazon.
