Nach der Rückkehr musste also schnellst möglich eine Tajine her. Nach langem Suchen und einigen Testberichten bin ich auf die Tajine von Emile Henry gestoßen. Kauf und Versand erfolgten schnell und reibungslos. Die Beigelegte Broschüre führt einen durch die Prozedur vor dem ersten Gebrauch und dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Ich habe mittlerweile einige verschiedene Gerichte mit der Tajine zubereitet und es hat immer herrlich marokkanisch geschmeckt. Die Tajine ist groß genug um für 5-6 Personen zu kochen. Bis jetzt habe ich sie ausschließlich auf dem Herd benutzt, was wunderbar geklappt hat.
